Your patient remains your patient. The role of this practice is to answer the cardiac question and hand back a clear plan.
Referrals may be made by telephone on 031 768 8507 or by referral letter sent with the patient. Please indicate the clinical urgency.
For a patient who is acutely unwell, please refer to the nearest emergency unit and telephone the practice directly rather than sending a letter.
