Clear administration is part of good care. If anything here is unclear, the practice will gladly talk it through with you.
Consultations are by appointment at Suite 22, Ground Floor, Busamed Hillcrest Private Hospital. Please contact the practice on 031 768 8507 to book, reschedule or cancel. If you are unable to attend, as much notice as possible allows the time to be offered to another patient.
Please contact the practice for information about accounts and medical aid before your appointment.
Results are discussed with you by the cardiologist rather than released without context.
Your clinical information is confidential and is handled in line with South African health privacy requirements. Information is shared with your referring practitioner and treating team as part of your care, and otherwise only with your consent.
The rooms are not an emergency service. If you have severe or sudden chest pain, severe breathlessness, fainting, or symptoms that may indicate a heart attack or stroke, go to your nearest emergency unit or call emergency services immediately.
